Rental Policy:

The Lebanese Film Organization strives to find or produce equipment that can be lended or rented at the lowest prices possible. Rental returns are used to refurbish rented equipment. Any excess shall be used to expand the range of equipment offered.

Equipment is rented or lended upon the request of an independent Producer or Director, after presenting the Filming License, given by the General Security.

The Producer or Director renting is held responsible for the integrity of the equipment, for which he signs an agreement to return them without damage. Any damage due to neglection, abuse, or mishandling will be compensated for as the Organization sees fair.

When renting from other Rental Houses through the Organization, the Rental House's policy applies.

Rented equipment must be strictly used for the movie maker's agreed short or feature movie project.

No equipment is rented or lended for: Documentaries, TV Series, News Coverage, Commercials, Music Videos, or Events.

Special rules apply for Projectors, since they contain expensive lamps:

Whenever a lamp burns out for some reason or the other, the movie maker replaces or pays for:
- A whole lamp, if the lamp life hasn't exceeded half its rated life.
- Half a lamp, if the lamp life has exceeded half its rated life.
- Nothing, if the lamp life has exceeded 90% of its rated life.
